One Camelback saga: Stakeholders jockey for position as development careens toward auction sale


Any potential buyer of One Camelback would inherit a luxury development nearing completion at a destination site in the heart of Phoenix. The adaptive reuse development is turning the 215,245-square-foot office building — formerly the BMO Harris office tower — into 163 luxury apartments. But the project has faced a series of setbacks and is now poised to be sold at auction before it is completed.
