One of Little Italy's oldest bars will soon become a bakery.
Baker Keiller Kyle plans to open Ovenbird Bakery inside the former Mugs' Bistro, which closed in 2017 after seven decades in business. The new spot, slated to open in early 2020, will sell a selection of naturally leavened, artisan breads as well as coffee, desserts and take-away sandwiches.
