A new food truck by the StandEatDrink Hospitality Group is serving up paella pails, salads and burritos.
Spokesman Sean Wille said the group chose the truck’s concept because it is familiar with Spanish-influenced cuisine through some of its other holdings. Paella is a staple dish at its Movida restaurant and a popular weekly special at Hotel Madrid, he said.
