An oceanfront mansion in Palm Beach sold for a town record $105 million.
The sellers were the heirs of broadway producer Terry Allen Kramer and Nick Simunek, who have both died. The buyer in the four deeds filed in county records was WEMIO LLC, a Delaware registered company. It’s not clear who owns the LLC.
The seller was represented by Douglas Elliman’s Gary Pohrer, Ashley McIntosh, Cara Coniglio McClure, Lisa Wilkinson, and Adam McPherson. The agents declined comment.
