Lyanne Wilkie is selling her 4,293-square-foot condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences in Seattle for $11.5 million after lowering the price this week by $1 million.
Wilkie is moving back to Canada where she is from.
Coldwell Banker Bain Broker Terry Allen and Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Broker Scott Wasner have the listing. Allen says the $11.5 million price tag makes this one of only four condos listed in Seattle for more than $10 million.
