Phoenix looks to sell midtown parcels near light rail for new development


The city of Phoenix is looking to sell two midtown parcels off Central Avenue near the Heard Museum with hopes of bringing in new development.

The city has issued a request for proposals for developers or other users to buy municipal-owned parcels on Holly Street in between Central and First avenues.

The city is looking for a purchase price of at least $242,000.
