A local pizza parlor featured on the Food Network is putting its Baltimore location on the market.
Champs Pizza & Subs has listed its restaurant at 3212 Washington Blvd. for $250,000. The price includes inventory as well as furniture, fixtures and equipment. The eatery, one of two Champs restaurants, leases space in a Southwest Baltimore strip mall about a mile from Lansdowne High School.
