Price Brothers Construction Inc. is the king of the apartment market in Kansas City, outdistancing its next competitor by thousands of units.
Overland Park-based Price Brothers ranked first in a listing of top area apartment owners, with 8,430 units, Multi-Housing News reports. That easily topped The Peterson Cos., with 4,983 units in the market.
Rounding out the top five on the MHN list were NFI Management, Maxus Realty Trust and Landmark Realty.
