Early November is normally when eyes start turning to the skies for the first hint of rain in Northern California. But until those hints appear, construction is continuing on a number of notable projects across the region.
Many of them are aiming for completion in 2019, but whether that happens will depend on what kind of weather the region has over the next few months.
