Prominent mall owner sidelined after foreclosure hearing, court-appointed receiver has ‘full control’

One of the Dayton region's largest malls was recently in foreclosure, according to court records. And now the owner appears to be sidelined as a court-appointed receiver handles day-to-day operations.
