Rap superstar Lil Wayne paid $16.75 million for a waterfront mansion in Miami Beach, according to a source familiar with the deal.
The 11,470-square-foot home was sold by 6480 Allison Road LLC, managed by luxury homebuilder Laurent Harari, to 6480 Allison Road Ventures LLC, managed by Dwayne M. Carter, also known as Lil Wayne.
Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, while Ty Forkner, also of One Sotheby’s, represented the buyer.
