Realtors cite shutdown’s role in 2019’s slower start to Nashville home sales


Nashville-area home sales were down slightly to start the year, and the government may have played a role.

There were 2,274 home closings in January, according to the Greater Nashville Realtors, a 1 percent dip compared to a year ago.
