Jeremy Ace Woods ran simultaneous real estate and rental equipment schemes that prosecutors say had an intended loss of more than $2.2 million. One con involved pretending to become romantically involved with a woman who had an intellectual disability to get her to rent and buy things that Woods then would resell.
