Organizations in Hamilton County, including the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority, have said institutional investors buying single-family homes are driving out existing tenants. But a new study by HR&A Advisors Inc. states the largest owner of single-family homes in the county, Vinebrook Homes, is providing affordable, safe rental housing and making a positive impact on the region.
