Brothers Mason and Curt Revelette, the former being majority owner, began Revelette Wines as a passion project to sell in their restaurants during Covid-19, with the help of attorney Kathryn Byrd. After demand from a five-star hotel in New York City in 2021, they launched it as a full-scale business.
