Rojo Mexican Grill — which once had multiple restaurants around the Twin Cities — is adding a second location, within The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove.
The Mexican restaurant plans to open by next spring in a 5,000-square-foot space on the northeast end of the mall, according to a recent announcement from CBRE Group Inc. regarding Arbor Lakes' latest tenants.
