The Troy Industrial Development Agency approved $5.3 million in tax breaks for a Rosenblum Cos. project in downtown Troy, New York, Friday.
Rosenblum plans to construct a five-story, mixed-use building on the corner of Fourth and Congress streets, where a former KeyBank branch currently stands.
The building will include 80 market rate apartments and 2,000 to 3,000 square feet of commercial space, according to the application filed with the IDA.
