Renowned Hawaii Chef Roy Yamaguchi is expecting to open his newest restaurant concept in mid-November at Alexander & Baldwin's Lau Hala Shops in Kailua.
The 3,500-square-foot space, called Goen Dining + Bar, is being designed with the residents of Windward Oahu in mind.
