Saratoga Hospital and Columbia Development Cos. are moving forward with plans to build medical offices near Exit 18 of the Northway.
Columbia Development, of Albany, plans to build the medical offices at 124 Main St. in Queensbury on the former site of Carl R's Mexican Restaurant. The existing restaurant building would be demolished.
The Queensbury town planning board reviewed the site plan this week, and in May, the zoning board of appeals will review the project's signage.
