After suffering a defeat from the Neptune Beach City Council this past summer, TriBridge Residential is moving ahead with new plans for commercial development at 500 Atlantic.
Developer TriBridge and property owner TLM Realty have filed an application with the City of Neptune Beach for a development order at the site, which is located near the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and 3rd Street.
