A crowd of nearly 300 people came out on Aug. 22 to recognize 33 health care industry workers and volunteers at the Phoenix Business Journal's Health Care Heroes event.
The annual awards celebration, held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale, is a celebration of one of the largest industry sectors in the region. Honorees come from all walks of health care, including doctors and nurses to volunteers and dentists.
