More than 30 new restaurants opened in the Phoenix area during April.
The openings include some highly anticipated restaurants from well-known chefs and restaurateurs. Nadia Holguin and Armando Hernandez of Tacos Chiwas, and James Beard winning Chef Chris Bianco of Pizzeria Bianco teamed to open Roland's Cafe Market Bar in Phoenix this month.
There also was the expansion of a number of local and national chains.
