Namakan Properties Inc., an entity related to Carpet King President Bill Bailey, has paid more than $4.6 million for the office building housing Shamrock Development's headquarters in Coon Rapids.
A trust in the name of the late Jim Stanton, Shamrock's founder, sold the 40,398-square-foot property at 3200 Main St. NW. on May 29, according to the certificate of real estate value made public on Monday.
