A Twin Cities microdistillery and maker of cocktail ingredients is opening its first cocktail room in Northeast Minneapolis.
Elusive Botanical Bar by Dashfire is set to debut Dec. 21, within the Thorp Building at 1620 NE Central Ave. in Minneapolis.
