You can come tour the newest designs that custom builders are creating for that market this weekend, as Fox Hill stages a Spring Fling Custom Home Tour just south of Parker.
“We’re literally seeing an explosion of families reaching for more space, privacy, and healthier living” says Paige McLaughlin at Fox Hill—who took four new contracts for custom homes on acreage in the past week.
The very smallest remaining home site in Fox Hill is an acre-and-a-half, and a few range up to three acres, with native ponderosa pines, all with views of the Front Range west of Denver.
Yet every home in Fox Hill is 35 minutes from the heart of the Denver Tech Center.
According to McLaughlin, Fox Hill’s custom builders took a chance on the spring market, venturing numbers of new custom-spec homes with size and lavish features at a time when experts were unsure about demand.
“Nobody expected sales this spring to be so strong, yet buyers have been reassured by falling interest rates.”
“They’re wanting to lock in the chance for a real Colorado lifestyle at a time when those have become rare,” McLaughlin says.
Prices for custom homes ready to deliver range from $1.799 million.
“That looks good to buyers coming from Denver city neighborhoods, but even better to out-of-state buyers, whom we’re suddenly getting in numbers this spring,” adds McLaughlin
Among the homes you’ll tour is a four-bedroom, four-bath “Modern Farmhouse” walkout ranch by Sheffield Homes, designed by Godden Sudik Architects, on a near-2-acre site that delivers unobstructed views of the Front Range. It’s sized 4,190 sq. feet and is priced at $2.15 million.
Along with those custom homes on view, visitors will see an innovative community wrapped in Colorado scenery, but with fresh, innovative architecture and good proximity to city essentials.
In addition to the very workable commute into DTC, Fox Hill delivers a full gig of fiber internet capacity to make the option of working from home attractive.
You’ll also view 15 final acreage home sites – the best that Fox Hill has ever released—where you could create your own Colorado vision. All are 1.5 acre or larger and have great mountain views.
You’ll see homes by Camerata Homes, Picasso Homes, Sheffield Homes and GMC Builders. Meanwhile, Fox Hill is also reaching out to other quality custom builders who might create their own designs on those final sites.
The Spring Fling Home Tour runs Thursday-to-Sunday, April 20 thru April 30. Take Parker Rd south past the town of Parker, 5 miles to Bayou Gulch Rd. East on Bayou Gulch to Flintwood Rd, then south to Fox View Trail. The entrance is on the left.
