BV Investment Partners, a Boston private equity firm, has partnered with management to acquire Intelliteach, a consulting firm based in Creve Coeur that provides financial and IT services to large law and accounting firms.
The seller was Dominus Capital, a private equity firm based in New York City. Financial terms were not disclosed. BV said Intelliteach is the seventh investment in its ninth fund, which has $750 million of committed capital.
