Stalled Ikon hotel redevelopment could get another year to begin repaying city loan

Milwaukee's Redevelopment Authority endorsed another year-long reprieve on repaying a city loan to a stalled hotel and event center planned for a former Sears store that officials say could be catalytic to the surrounding area.
