Sunterra starts construction on first amenity village, provides opening date for lagoon

The Retreat, a $12 million amenity village featuring water slides, splash pad, fitness center and sports courts, is expected to open in late 2024. But Sunterra residents will have to wait a little longer for their lagoon amenity.
