Texas-based Mexican restaurant chain in search of investors for Albuquerque expansion

A Texas-based Mexican restaurant is planning to expand to Albuquerque. Vice President of Franchise Brian Shaughnessy said the company aims to open at least three locations in New Mexico in the coming years.
