TAVco Holdings I, majority owned by St. Louisan Vijay Shroff, has acquired the wine, spirits, craft beer and gourmet food retailer The Wine & Cheese Place, which has four St. Louis-area locations.
The retailer first opened its doors in 1982 and was owned by Amos Kedmey and his family. Kedmey passed away earlier this year, Shroff said.
