The New York-based real estate firm bought the Rutledge Terrace Condominiums, which neighbor the property at 133 Korean Veterans Blvd. that it purchased earlier this year. Development plans for the site have not been filed with the city, though some documents show a proposed 36-story, mixed-use development.
