Titan Development is opening its first multifamily community in San Diego. The Parkline is a 80,000-square-foot complex located at 4250 Oregon St. Residents have the option to choose from one- and two-bedroom apartments, with units ranging from 400 to 1,000 square feet. Amenities include an outdoor lounge with a city-view workspace, yoga deck, fitness center and an onsite pet spa. In addition, the complex will feature limited parking spaces to help increase affordability. The community is tailored towards individuals who prefer using public transit as a primary form of transportation.
