Two renowned Covington chefs are joining a restaurant management group that operates three venues on the Plaza of RiverCenter in Northern Kentucky.
Mitch Arens, executive chef of Coppin's Restaurant, and Stephen Williams, owner of Bouquet Restaurant, are becoming partners in RiverCenter Entertainment Venues. That company, a subsidiary of real estate investment firm Corporex Cos., manages Fire, Biscuits to Burgers and Butler's Pantry.
