A new Milwaukee breakfast tavern opens to the public Monday.
Milwaukeean Wolfgang Schaefer created the new eatery called Uncle Wolfie's Breakfast Tavern at 234 E. Vine St. The menu is based around the idea of breakfast with beer. Schaefer has two decades of experience in hospitality and previously served as director of education at Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co.
