Westchester County-based USI Insurance Services LLC has acquired the insurance division of EBC Inc. in Buffalo.
Terms of the deal – which was announced this week – were not disclosed. In a release, EBC President Christopher Fiorello said the agency will continue to work closely with its previous payroll and HR services colleagues, who are set to maintain normal business operations under the existing EBC brand.
