Viewpoint: Why we need to expand the mental health workforce


The Great Resignation is anything but behind us. A recent report from PWC found that 1-in-5 employees is likely to switch jobs in the next 12 months. In a landscape that has left the workforce feeling burned out in their current positions and empowered to pursue work that feels rewarding, supports their mental health, or best aligns with their career, employers are struggling across industries to represent and support their employees.
