Vista Equity makes $4.2B offer for Florida cybersecurity software maker KnowBe4

Vista Equity has proposed buying KnowBe4 for $24 per share in cash, or about $4.22 billion. The company, which just went public in 2021, created a special committee to mull over the offer.
