Vista Outdoor Inc. said Wednesday it has agreed to buy Fox Racing, a California-based maker of apparel and equipment for the motocross, BMX and mountain-biking segments.
Anoka, Minnesota-based Vista (NYSE: VSTO) will pay at least $540 million for Fox Racing, based in Racine, California, with the potential for an additional $50 million based on Fox's financial performance after the deal closes.
