Wauwatosa untangling limits on redeveloping Boston Store at Mayfair

The city of Wauwatosa is in talks with developers over transforming the vacant Boston Store property at Mayfair mall, but has run into what Mayor Dennis McBride called a “tangle” of historic restrictions that past owners have put on the property.
