Wells Fargo fined by Massachusetts watchdog for lack of registrations


The office of Massachusetts' secretary of the commonwealth, William Galvin, has fined a Wells Fargo & Co. unit $450,000 over the alleged failure of more than 1,600 of its professionals to register with securities regulators.
