Molly Wellmann was Cincinnati's undisputed queen of cocktails.
She got her start at Jean-Robert de Cavel's Chalk, where she was given unprecedented latitude in the kitchen when it came to making cocktails, working with the kitchen staff to come up with concoctions that complimented their daily specials.
