Why Amplify Credit Union eliminated all fees for customers


The Austin-based credit union has chosen to remove all fees, for both personal and business accounts. That means millions of dollars in lost revenue, but executives think they can make up the gap in a couple of years, or less. "At the end of the day, it is about fewer people wasting their money," Stacy Armijo, Amplify's chief experience officer.
