Rob Wiehe didn’t take the traditional path to UC Health’s C-suite. When he was first approached about a role within the system, which operates UC Medical Center, West Chester Hospital and the Daniel Drake Center, among other care sites, he shrugged it off. After all, he was an engineer by trade, working first in the automotive industry, then on the supply chain side in consumer goods.
