As Overland Crossing shopping center works to boost density, it already has landed a notable tenant: Nordstrom Rack.
Nordstrom Inc.’s off-price retail store will take over a 27,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Burlington Coat Factory and plans to open in the fall of 2023. Burlington and Mattress Firm both reduced their spaces to make room for other tenants. The former U.S. Toy building also is being divided into a two-tenant space.
