In the 35 years since the Women’s Business Ownership Act of 1988 was signed into law, the face of entrepreneurship in the U.S. has changed dramatically. According to data from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy, women own 43.2% of the nation’s small businesses.
