Brian Nasajon, the chef behind Beaker & Gray in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood, will debut his late-night diner concept in Midtown on June 4.
Mason will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. at 3704 N. Miami Ave., in a space formerly occupied by Gigi. Menu items include appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, desserts baked by pastry chef John Maieli, milkshakes, wine, beer, cocktails by Beaker & Gray’s Ben Potts, and a kids' menu.
