$1.78B federal jury verdict in KC could change how real estate agents operate


The National Association of Realtors, HomeServices of America and Keller Williams will have to pay $1.78 billion in damages after a federal jury in Kansas City found them guilty of colluding to inflate or maintain high commission rates.
