If you're looking for the best bang for your buck in Pennsylvania housing, Greater Philadelphia might not be for you.

A new report from Smart Asset.com shows Philadelphia and the surrounding suburban counties of Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester aren't the most affordable in the nation, but one small city in the Keystone State's Northampton County is among the top 10 most affordable places in America.
