11-story, $41 million riverside apartment building floated in Walker’s Point


Developer Ryan Bedford aims to start construction next year on an 11-story building with 133 apartments in Walker’s Point, and sees demand coming from empty nesters.

The building is proposed along the Milwaukee River at 234 S. Water St. Bedford, of Waukesha-based Bedford Development, is working with VJS Development Group of Pewaukee on the plan.
