$157M acquisition of Portland cannabis company closes


Acreage Holdings closed its all-stock acquisition of Form Factory, the Portland-based cannabis product co-packer, this week. Announced at $160 million in December, the deal closed at $157 million, Acreage said.

But Form Factory appears on its way to becoming part of an even bigger cannabis operation, as an industry heavyweight positions itself for a post-prohibition future.
